We got this in our box of organic veggies Thursday. What is it and what can I do with it?

I'll even give a prize to the first person to identify it and another prize to the person who gives me the best recipe for it (Gina, you could still win one out of two).

Oh, Gina, so you gave up after learning that Ryan won the first prize. : )

Ryan, you won the prize for identifying it. But I'll have to test out the recipe to see if it's the best one. But since it's just between your recipe and Gina's "boiling it" idea, you might win both prizes. Geeze, now I'll have to find a "guy prize." I wasn't counting on any guys playing along.
